Alishba Baz, of faceoffae fame, is a Pakistani living in the UAE. She started off with a spur of the moment look and hasn’t looked back since.

Her latest is a tribute to Karnani Churail and we cant get over it !

A self-taught freelance makeup artist and enrolled in an ACCA programme this girl is taking us back to our favorite Pakistani moments, with her art, “The idea behind my transformational makeup was to be whoever I wanted to be. While trying to raise awareness about domestic violence, depression, anxiety, breast cancer etc,” says Baz while talking to Parhlo.

A patriot at heart, she has always wanted to incorporate Pakistani culture into her looks, “I didn’t want to offend anyone, it took me some time to muster up the courage.” We for one are glad she did!

Being a hijabi, helps her stand out, “Thankfully, I have never faced any issues due to my hijab”.

It takes a couple of hours to create a transformational look, we can see why! Isn’t this perfect?

Someone edited my pic so beautifully and sent it to me ! Loveee it ??A tribute to Madam Noor jehan ?? Noor Jehan نور جہاں‎ was a Pakistani singer and actress who worked first in British India and then in Pakistan. Her career spanned more than six decades (1930s–1990s).
