When Prime Minister Imran Khan admitted on taking u-turns in as a political leader, all hell broke lose. The opposition has regarded Imran Khan as ‘U-Turn Khan’ on numerous occasions, given how he has changed his claims towards political strategies.
However, while Khan has always made sure to tell the opposition who the ‘big man occupying big office’ is, he addressed this matter in a recent interview as well.
This Is What Imran Khan Had to Say About Taking U-Turns in Politics:
“One who doesn’t take decisions according to the demand of the situation is not a true leader. [Adolf] Hitler and Napoleon [Bonaparte] would not have suffered losses if they had taken U-turns,”
He Later Made a Tweet About It As Well
Doing a U-turn to reach one's objective is the hallmark of great leadership just as lying to save ill-gotten wealth is the hallmark of crooks.

Pakistanis Started Commenting On Khan’s Statement Yet Again
Every statement Khan utters is taken in a negative manner, and here it was all happening all over again:
As my wife and I were driving to a friend’s home yesterday she realised she had left her cell phone home. So I really did make a U-turn and we returned home to pick her phone up and then drove back again. My wife and I are still debating who between us is the greater leader.

A poor man who takes dictation from his handlers on who to marry, who to divorce, who to include in party, when to smile when to frown.
A man so weak can't even include his own sons on his oath taking ceremony we are expecting him not to take U Turns? Have a heart#MujboorPM— Reham Khan (@RehamKhan1) November 17, 2018

While everyone was busy commenting on how wrong Imran Khan is by admitting u-turns are important to for leadership, Hamza Ali Abbasi stood in support for his leader.
Hamza Ali Abbasi has always been open about his support and love for PTI. He went on shows to defend Imran Khan on numerous accounts, especially the time when Khan’s ex wife Reham Khan released a book on him. Before the elections, Abbasi advocated and urged Pakistanis to cast their vote to PTI.
When Everyone was Mocking Khan for his U-Turn Statement, Abbasi Came Forward and Shared his Own U-Turn Example
Hamza Ali Abbasi is very particular about the films he works in and one of the reasons for this is the culture of item numbers in films. Abbasi left Jawani Phir Nahi Aani 2 because of how the film had item numbers in it. Using the same example, here’s what Abbasi had to say about taking u-turns:
Once i thought Item Numbers/selling sex in films was an essential part of commercial cinema/a very progressive thing. Then i took a U-TURN & now i believe that Item Numbers/selling sex in films is an insult to art/cinema/cultural/religious ethics. Ur important U-TURNS in life?

And Here’s What he Further Added:
I have refrained myself from acting in movies with item numbers. I backed out of JPNA 2 for this reason. Trying to practice what i believe in 🙂

Well, with this example, it makes all the sense in the world to change one’s decisions and approach in life. Politics, on the other hand, are much more complicated than deciding which movie should you sign.
So what do you think about making u-turns?
