Love your wife show her the warmth of your heart, Prophet (SAW) said, ‘The words of a man who tells his wife, ‘I love you truly’, should never leave her heart” – Shafi, volume 2, page 138

Dignity

True love is always about respect. If any of the partners does not respect the other, it would diminish love between the soul-mates. The Prophet (SAW) said, ‘None would respect women except the magnanimous ones, and none would insult them except the ignoble ones’ – Mawa iz al-Adadiyyah, page 151

Your manners count

Manners, in particular, show whether you love your wife or not. The Prophet (SAW) stated ”Whoever is more well-behaved is more complete in his faith. The best among you (the people) is one who does good to his family.” Sahih Muslim
