We’re living in the 21st century, but still there are many girls who are deprived of their basic right and unfortunately, we still have some families with the typical mindset that girls are born to be slave or locked down at home.

Fizzah Khan is a young dynamic & multitalented girl, but very unfortunate to born in a family where girls used to treat like a slave, females in her family have no right or freedom to express their feelings they just have to follow the orders, she belongs to Swat Valley and have had endure a lot to be who she’s today.

She is ambitious from the very early age and wanted to do something extraordinary but she’s not allowed to go out of her home her paternal family was very strict and not allowing her to pursue her studies. She was locked up and beaten to death for raising voice for her rights, she survived multiple injurious and decided to move to Karachi with her family so she can continue her education and pursue her dreams.

She joined a news channel as news anchor but nothing was that smooth as she think she starts getting threats if she’s going to continue her work she will be shot dead or acid will be thrown on her face so she could not be able to work again with heavy heart she has to leave her dream job. Fizzah was into a severe depression and because of that she put on so much weight that she has no option left to go back on screen life is not easy for her later on people start bullying her for her overweight and making fun of her which completely shattered her confidence and break her into pieces, she start hating herself and lose all the hopes towards life but her destiny written some better plans for her she gather some courage and started her own startup.

Fizzah Khan is the founder and chief executive officer of Creative Brains Productions, an organization that cultivates entrepreneurship in underprivileged and underrepresented communities in Pakistan and a Media Academy. Her Academy provides free workshops on journalism & filmmaking for deserving students.

Fizzah is also passionate about women’s rights and justice, and provides counseling to women on issues of empowerment and raising voices against religious extremism, social and human rights activist and working as the documentary filmmaker. At this young age she achieved many National and international Awards and successfully running her start-up and recently she added another feather on her cap, she becomes the CEO of “PINK TAXI PAKISTAN” a transportation company driven by women and only for women an exclusive transport for females only and working to enable the socio-economic status of females in society. She’s the youngest CEO under the age of 25 years taking a big responsibility on her shoulders is a big challenge for her.

She has broken the glass ceiling, have broken the stereotypes, and have been and continue to be prepared to go the extra mile, to be judged by unrealistic standards, to be held more accountable. With her dedication and hard work she made women believe almost everything is possible, she gave hope and inspired people to reach for the stars.
