Mission 55: Weight loss Journey of this Girl has helped many lose the ‘Bad Fat’

Growing up in a society where weight is apparently a major concern for every other individual who is a little chubby. For young adults, weight becomes a barrier between their marriage and a lot of other things. Not just that, but getting accepted by society is also a major struggle. Parents of growing children who a nearing the age of puberty are mostly concerned if their children are bit overweight.

However, remember the story we had shared a few days back of Iqra, who started her #Mission55 journey? Well, we’re back with an update! Woohoo! Since she started Mission55, a lot of men and women tagged along on the journey! It went amazingly well! Mission55 was a journey of 30 days (1 month). If we talk about Iqra, she has further reduced down 6 more kilograms, which is a lot!

Mission55 was totally safe and the meals were with balanced nutrition. This is how Day 1 looked like!

Day 1:  3 Full meals with 2 snacks throughout the day!

See, to lose weight, you DO NOT have to starve yourself. In fact, don’t even think about it. That’s where most people go wrong! You will damage your health. Mission55 was/is safe by all means. All it needs is serious dedication. Also, Mission55 had easy exercises that you were supposed to on a daily basis.

Simple exercises which lead to a flat tummy and toned legs!

 

A lot of people followed and the results were AH-MAZING!! As they kept us updated and shared their Mission55 journey with us, one of the followers followed it religiously and she literally reduced down to 76 kgs from 88kgs! That is 12 kgs! WOW!
