Sidra Jutt is a daughter of Pakistan, making Pakistan proud in Australia. She is a dental technologist by profession and winner of Mrs. South Asia Australia 2017. Sidra’s story inspires us all to never give up on your dreams.

She was born in Lahore, Pakistan, to a family of landlords. Her father passed away when she was only 2-years-old. Her mother belongs to a very rich family and she was working as the Chief Deputy Director in Social Welfare Department of Pakistan. Despite all that, she worked hard to raise her daughter in the finest way. In her early childhood, Sidra lived amongst her male cousins spending most of her time playing cricket, flying kites and riding motorbikes dressed as a boy.

She was the gang leader of the kids in her street. Besides that, she was a brilliant student and acquired good results in her school. After passing her FSC in Pre-Medical, with flying colors, from Punjab College and then, she went to Australia in 2010 for higher education as per her mother’s desire. With the support of her mother, Sidra grew up as a confident, ambitious and strong young girl.

In Australia, Sidra worked hard to become independent and meet her expenses. She took part in many activities for social causes in Pakistan and raised $10,000 for the flood victims of Pakistan in 2010. When she was studying, she got married to her childhood love and after a year, her mother passed away in Pakistan and Sidra couldn’t even perform her beloved mother’s last rituals. As an only child, she was very close to her mother and after her death, she was depressed and shattered.

Despite the immense trauma, she persuaded her mother’s dream of attaining higher education. She gave birth to two beautiful girls but that didn’t stop her from completing her education. Sidra started a construction business, beauty salon and a fitness center in Bahria Town, Islamabad and she is also working as a successful Dental Technician. Sidra, 26, is a successful Businesswoman, happily married and a mother of two gorgeous daughters, Mishall Sultan aged 4 and Eshall Sultan 2-years-old.

She recently took part in an International Beauty Pageant ‘Mrs. South Asia Australia 2017′ where she represented Pakistan and won in two categories. She is also a Brand Ambassador of Domestic Violence for Pakistan. Sidra is just unstoppable and is now opening a Melbourne based Production House in early 2018.

Sidra says to always dream big. Dream for Galaxies, try hard and never settle for less in life as it’s your only one chance to live. So, use your potential to the fullest. Give time to your parents and show them the gratitude as they are a gift of Allah & you have them for a certain time. Value people who love you not who love you for your valuables.

Believe in Allah, believe in your self & your dreams, work smarter not harder. To all the parents, I must say that believe in your children no matter what gender or age they are. Support them in their ideas, value them, celebrate them as being a part of your life, as this will boost their confidence and empower them beyond all odds and help them succeed in every way.

Here’s what Sidra had to say:

I’m so blessed to have such an amazing mother who believed in me, listened to my Sheikh-Chilli dreams and encouraged me that I can do it. I wish she was alive and witnessed how her mischievous kid has grown up and cook Biryani, now. I wish she had seen my kids but that’s what life is all about. Life has its own rules, so we all must do what we are passionate about; before life plans something else for us.
