Today marks a monumental day for the law and order in Pakistan. After 9 years, Asia Bibi is finally acquitted from the allegations made against her.
The Supreme Court earlier this morning released a brief statement, reasoning behind the acquittal of Asia Bibi on the blasphemy allegations. Asia Bibi was on a death-sentence trial; Salman Taseer was assassinated by Mumtaz Qadri while defending her against the laws and allegations.
With the Release of Asia Bibi, Religious Parties Protested Against the Court!
Different parts of Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Pindi and the motorway were blocked due to protests, where the religious fanatics burnt tires while causing damaging to the local property. All of this was in protest of the decision in favor of Asia bibi.

While there was havoc all over the country, the locals were waiting for Prime Minister Imran Khan to address the matter. In the light of everything that was happening, locals were hoping that Imran Khan stood in support of the decision made by Supreme Court.
.@ImranKhanPTI time to show you're not a small man occupying big office.

Imran Khan Addressed the Nation Around 8 PM and Showed Everyone Who the Boss Is!
From his stern words against the disaster which took place today to setting his firm foot, Imran Khan said everything the locals wanted to hear.
He addressed the religious parties as “chotta sa tabqa” and talked about the awful things they said. “Pakistan ka koi kanoon Islam k khilaaf nahi jaata. Jo judges nae faisla diya hai, woh ain k mutabiq hai.”
Imran Khan stood firm in support of the judges and claimed how wrong it is to point them out as individuals who are to be killed for the decisions they made. Additionally, he also spoke on how the chief of army being called out as a ‘non-Muslim’ instills extremist behavior which is downright wrong.
Imran Khan mentioned how these religious parties should not clash with the state and that the country will not cow down to the threats made by these parties.
