[POEM] – Drip Drop

Observe with caution, my friend,

Perhaps you may then appreciate every blessing in your reach

As as the sight of every raindrop, it is common to hear you utter ungratefulness in your speech.

Grey clouds emerge and the appearance is disliked by the drinkers

Of the very same water; which they do not appreciate like narrow-minded thinkers.

The clouds act as a façade upon the golden ball and the view spreads through every street.

The rain begins to drip drop, the water trickles through the pipes beneath your feet.

As you splash through every puddle complaints are circling around town,

And there are also those who hold their thirsty throats walking miles without a frown.

If the struggle was within your vision it would be easier for you to comprehend,

How blessings should really be appreciated like the raindrops in the city that will often descend.

The tears drip drop as the cries are unheard of every fragile soul.

Heat and hunger increases as a dangerous drought take a stroll, demolishing crops into dust; with the presence of a monstrous wildfire.

All they wanted was the rain to drip drop to satisfy every crier.
