Renowned Brands Need to Stop Fooling The Customers with Their Deceiving Tactics!

I ordered a pair of gold-plated earrings during the Eid ul Adha holidays on sale from this renowned brand “Kayseria” but I received a rusted piece (black from different places). I complained about the sent item on their Facebook page and one of their social media representatives send the TCS guy who picked the item from me. He then told me that I will receive it within 3-4 working days.

Disappointing!

Wow…

Weeks went by, I didn’t receive the exchanged item. I complained again to which they said it has already been delivered and told me that my father had received it. I told them that my father works a 9am-5pm job so in any case, it is impossible for him to have received the parcel.

Secondly, the signature in TCS sheet shared was not of my father’s. Even the name on the sheet was not my father’s and the flat number mentioned on the sheet was incomplete.

Well…

Unprofessional…

What even?

Absolutely Pathetic!

So, if I consider the TCS sheet, then it also did not provide sufficient evidence of delivery to my place or receipt by my father. By profession, I am an auditor. I can identify fake documentation, very well. I told them if I can place an order of PKR 5,000, I don’t have to lie for just PKR 1,900.

It was not the first time had I placed an order with Kayseria or any other brand. I have a busy schedule so I mostly prefer shopping online from renowned brands. But what offer they gave me yesterday just blew off my mind!

Their marketing representative called me and said they are sending me a discount coupon code of 30% which can be used only once next week and I can recover my money from it. LOL. Like this is the evilest tactic! Either I leave my money or spend Rs. 6,330 to get my own Rs. 1,900 back. Like after 3 months, they  finally came up with the evilest solution thinking that the customer is a fool.

P.S. I am just attaching the emails and FB chat convo apart from that, I have called them numerous times since September until today and have talked to many of their representatives including the marketing head. I also paid a visit to their Lucky One mall outlet and discussed the issue with the shop manager as well.

Rs. 1,900 is not a very big amount to make someone rich or poor but why should I pay them even a penny from my hard earned money? Indeed, Kayseria loses a large range of its customers as neither I nor my friend’s circle is going to shop from them now!
