Actress Sara Khan got crazy fame after her appearance in Big Boss. She sure doesn’t need any introduction; after her controversies which has been running in a loop! One after another. Some time ago she was bashed for posting her “inappropriate” photos on the social media. And after that just recently she had a music video and the teaser of which created much uproar. She was half-naked in the video and laying in a pool of cotton, her bare body is visible partially. Then in a press conference, she along with Rakhi Sawant was asked “After the teaser of her music video she would face a lot backlash”
Sara replied saying that why would she face backlash when in a Muslim community, a woman is asked to do parda and wear a burqa; why men are not asked to wear burqa over their eyes? And women should walk free.
She added that “Women should be given more respect because we gave you birth and if we were not there, then you (men) wouldn’t even exist in the first place”.
This video of her was making rounds on the internet. Many Muslims are offended!
Her press conference’s video was making roars on the internet and she was being hated on for saying such insensitive things. She was making a joke at the press conference and didn’t seem serious about her statement at all.
All the hate accumulated, made her apologize for being too insensitive about her OWN religion.
Sara later made a video saying that she didn’t mean to hurt anyone but the way she said wrong
Sara Khan has even worked in the Pakistani drama, she’s probably the only Indian actress to work in Pakistani TV! Though many Indian actors have worked in Pakistani movies; like Naseer ud din Shah.
Sara was loved by all the Pakistanis for great acting in the dramas but this time she has hurt many of her Muslim fans.
