A few months back we got this email of an event being held in Lahore from the name “She Blogs” by Wow Women. Being the coordinator that supports women empowerment within the university, along with few friends, I decided to attend the event as I was looking towards it quite enthusiastically.
Well, the event was worth talking about. The more I appreciate their efforts, the less will it seem. It was basically an interactive session that offered a lot. I could see strangers sharing their life experiences, their goals, shortcomings weaknesses, their desires of what had been suppressed, how they want to write but are afraid of the fact that they can’t! Due to one reason or the other….
The guest speakers (well-known bloggers) were what made it all sound so good welcoming and like home! And that is the day when I met the jolly, well-groomed, friendly, beautiful and cute (no doubt) Bihamaal Zurqa – Beauty with brains! A student doing her majors in Sociology and minor in Psychology, and people, I ain’t wrong; she is a sensation!
Bihamaal is not only a videographer, in fact, a photographer, a fashion blogger a promoter and a makeup lover. Her work features women empowerment, positivity, being strong, striving, hard-working; despite all odds. Trust me, people, she works miracles.
Neglecting all the HOOO and HAYEES, this girl is the exact display of what girls are capable of! Her Instagram is flooded with her power of art featuring both western and eastern wardrobes food pictures, quotes and more with a following of 11.2k, she is determined to make a change.
Die hard love for diversity is what motivated her to do the ”Unity in Diversity ‘, keeping the charisma of the giveaways alive in context of her celebration for 10k followers, she picked up five random followers through a lucky draw and offered them a photo shoot followed by a complete changed makeup by the one and only BAE .
The photo shoot was a depiction of her remarkable work either we talk about the photography or the makeup as a whole, she works wonders…Wallah she does! (eye witness spotted). The work offers one a whole new experience.
No doubt we lack platforms for praising such talented people yet here she is trying to put forward her best by her own.
Well! The charismatic personality is currently working for X2, Destination magazine, and Gharpar and is offering services for photo shoots and complete makeovers. Plus, the bookings are super easy!! Kudos to you girl, a long way to go…
