Love for sure is always in the air. Those cupids can hit you anywhere and at any time as it did with these amazing 4 fairytale couples. Their love life can make you believe that love stories are not myths. They are realities that still exist and are growing stronger day by day.
1. Fawad Khan and Sadaf Khan
Their beautiful story started from their schools. Fawad Khan used to study in Lahore Grammer School while Sadaf was in the same school but in the girl’s branch. It was love at first sight for Fawad who immediately felt a rush of emotions for Sadaf. Though he didn’t have the courage to go up to her and confront it. Therefore, they started chatting online. After some time, they both arranged a meeting in which Fawad proposed to the love of his life.
It was more of a Bollywood movie in which Fawad would wait for Sadaf outside her college. Even after all this effort, it was a no from Sadaf’s family who didn’t appreciate Fawad’s career choice of being a television actor and singer. At the tender age of 17, Fawad proposed to Sadaf who said:
“Well, the proposal was nothing dramatic. It was a simple question over the phone. Fawad proposed to me when I was sixteen and he claims that he’s been married to me the day the relationship began fourteen wonderful years ago.” The amazing couple got married on 12th November 2005 as Fawad promised just after their graduation.
2. Syra Yousuf and Shahroz Sabzwari
They met at Ali Tariq’s wedding who was their mutual friend. It was the first time when 19-year-old old Shahroz saw 18-year-old Syra. Shahroz started to like her during the dholkis, dance practices and mehndi. However, he had seen her in advertisements but still wasn’t able to know who that cool girl in town was.
The couple started dating in 2006, although this relation faced immense ups and downs. Even during their breakup, they knew in the back of their minds that they are made for each other and have a very strong connection. Shahroz Sabzwari said:
“She literally grew up in this house! We used to hang out so often. Our families knew each other and her parents often visited our place.”
After their break-up, “Tanhaiyaan: Naye Silsilay” was the drama that brought them back together. After which, Syra took the first step and suggested that it would be good if they stopped fighting after which, Shahroz asked for her hand. It was then when they told their families about their decision of getting married. Their parents were very supportive and decided that their baat pakki event should be transformed into a nikkah ceremony. It was 21 October 2012 when they both changed the rings and became husband and wife.
3. Urwa Hocane and Farhan Saeed
This couple was dating for 3 years after which Farhan finally decided to propose Urwa. He contacted Mawra for surprising her loving, elder sister. And as a result, she even tried to dress her sister formally for the big surprise but Urwa didn’t get a hint of what was coming her way. Although she was still looking stunning. Urwa said:
“And I feel extremely blessed to have Farhan as my husband.”
For Urwa, it turned out to be a complete shock who had no plans of getting married this early as planning is so not her thing. But their marriage turned out to be fabulous. Their parents trusted their decision and choices. The couple got married on 16th December 2016.
4. Ali Zafar and Ayesha Fazil
The heartthrob and immensely talented Ali Zafar was in his teens when he saw his wife for the very first time. He, back then, used to work as a sketch artist in a hotel lobby where his wife came to get her portrait. It was then and there when he decided to marry that girl. After a long relationship, they both decided to meet each other’s respective parents.
“Oct 2000, this girl came to get her portrait made from me in a hotel lobby where I used to sit to draw. Guess who is she now?”
Ayesha’s parents didn’t know that they were dating but were very fond of art. Her father used to make movies. Hence, after meeting Ali; he discovered that he can also sing and called his friends over. That night, he sang on a keyboard while her father’s friends kept enjoying it till 4 am. However, that’s not it. He also impressed her mother by making a portrait. They said “qubool hai” on 28th July 2009 to each other.
