Beware! Careless Behaviour of this ‘Famous’ Salon Left a Girl in Terrible Condition

In the past, many renowned salons have shown unprofessionalism and have proved how earning money means everything to them. After gaining a little fame and money, some salons have ignored their customer’s concern, have mistreated their customers and abused them. Charging huge amounts for services, these salons have portrayed themselves as money making machines and nothing else. True, isn’t it?

Another incident took place at Mahrose Beauty Salon in Hyderabad, where a girl went to avail some services.  Falling in the category of famous salons, this incident was truly barbaric and showed how careless the staff at Mahrose was when it took place.

The girl was getting her legs waxed when she kept telling the workers that the wax is too hot for her, repeatedly. But to her dismay, she was told that the temperature is perfectly normal, every single time she complained. But little did she know that the jar of hot wax would suddenly fall on the her leg by one of the workers. Absolutely TERRIFYING!

Sharing the incident with Parhlo, the victim’s sister also told us that after the incident, the staff at Mahrose panicked and claimed to cover all the expenses. Upon asking for the owner’s contact number, the in charge of the salon at that time kept on refusing and kept making excuses stating that the owner is out of town. The victim was crying in pain when one of the workers said, “Mai apko mud mask laga deti hon, bas aap cheekhen nahi”. Mud mask over burned skin?!!!

However, when the situation didn’t seem to be getting in control, the victim contacted her brothers and asked them to come over to the salon. When the brothers reached the salon, they demanded to speak to the in charge for which the receptionist made them wait for an hour. When an hour passed, the victim started screaming in pain and the staff shut all the doors so the other customers would not have been able to hear her.

Meanwhile, her brothers asked the staff to give a written piece of proof to claim this incident and if anything bad happens or if the case gets serious, the salon would be responsible for it. Their response wasn’t surprising at all because it was a clear “NO”. In response to the incident, all they did was to be apologetic and that’s it.

This isn’t the first time an incident of this sort has happened in this salon. Many women have fallen victims to this and have shared terrifying stories. There are many other salons that fall in this category and show no remorse whatsoever, after such incidents. Such pathetic attitude of the staff is unacceptable and the owners need to provide professional training to their undertrained staff. No one would ever go back to a salon that would cause harm to their customers and this would eventually result in shutting down the business.

To all the salon owners and workers out there, treat your customers with utmost respect and care, they’re paying you to get their services done. Maintain your standards and please, provide professional training to your staff.
