Zara Noor Abbas Thanks ISPR, Fellow Actors After Ehd-e-Wafa’s Success!

Pakistani actress Zara Noor Abbas in her recent tweet thanked the entire cast of Ehd-e-Wafa and Pakistan Army for giving her a lifetime memory.

Zara pens a heartfelt note for the co-actors, team and ISPR for the success of drama series Ehd-e-Wafa. She gave a special mention to General Asif Ghafoor for his love and dedication towards the project.

“To mark the end of Ehd e Wafa, I want to thank the producers and writers of the show. My colleagues, Osman Khalid Butt, it has been a pleasure to work with you and to get to know you. The uncanny chemistry has been undeniable. Until next time. I also made some really amazing memories with everyone. Thank you Hajra Yamin, Wahaj, Ahmed Ali Akbar and Ahad Raza Mir for all the beautiful memories. Along with ISPR for their support and appreciation all along,” she wrote.

However, Zara’s character (Rani) was full of life in the serial, exhibiting confidence and willfulness. She grows as a woman who is happy with her life and is fiercely loyal to her husband. She stood for herself and her loved ones.

Her character was loved by many and people praised her acting throughout the show.

Moreover, she also thanked her fans for appreciating her work. “Most importantly, I want to thank my Fans. Each and every one of you. For the fan posts. The videos. The memes. The love. Everything. For acknowledging my part in the show,” she said.

Zara also shared some unseen behind-the-scenes pictures of Ehd-e-Wafa, where actors were seen having a good time together on the sets.

Ehd-e-Wafa has recently ended on a high and emotional note. The much-anticipated last episode had many high and lows. The much-anticipated last episode was initially supposed to screen in cinemas, but due to coronavirus outbreak in the country, makers cancelled its screening.

The drama series also met with numerous controversies. A petition was also filed against the drama for negatively portraying politicians and media personnel. The petitioner also requested to halt the remaining episodes of drama from airing.

However, the drama came to a fruitful end. Fans flooded Twitter with appreciation posts and how moved they were after seeing the last episode.

It was written by Mustafa Afridi and directed by Saife Hasan, and jointly produced by MD Production and ISPR. The drama cast included Osman Khalid Butt, Ahmed Ali, Ahad Raza Mir, Wahaj Ali and Alizey Shah.
