1. Yogurt with Egg
Okay, I know this sounds gross, but it has magical effects! Make a mixture of 1 cup of yogurt with 2 eggs (depending upon the hair length). Mix it well and apply it on your hair. Leave it on for 1 hour and wash it off. Yeah, you might smell the egg even after the wash but the effects are going to be MAGICAL!
2. Olive Oil/Hot Towel Treatment
This one’s my personal favorite. Just massage some warm olive on your hair and wrap your hair with a damp and warm towel. How do you do that? Dampen a towel and put it in the microwave for a minute or. Make sure it’s not too hot. The temperature should be just warm. Be careful not to burn your hands in case, you’ve put it in the microwave for a little too long.
3. Over-night Mustard Oil
Mustard oil’s consistency is thicker than most oils. It contains protein and omega-3 fatty acids – both of which nourish your hair and play a vital role in encouraging hair growth. For this, all you have to do is massage some warm mustard oil on your hair at night and wash it off the next morning! You will be surprised with the results!
4. Apple Cider Vinegar
This one’s pretty simple. All you have to do is dilute 1 TBSP of apple cider vinegar with a cup of water and set it aside in a jug. Wash your hair with a mild sulfate-free shampoo. Proceed to condition your hair. After you’re done, pour the diluted apple cider vinegar through it. But do NOT rinse your hair after that.
