Unaware of your origin I am

Another country, an unknown planet perhaps

Gifted by a higher power with purpose

Be it fate or luck of that I’m uncertain

You, an answer to prayers, a reliever of pain

A remover of doubts, a healer of my mind

You, an eliminator of darkness, a carrier of light

No longer blind to the toxicity, was I

Your energy consuming, overwhelming

Making shards of broken hearts reunite

Blood in my veins now flowed even stronger

A new beginning for this weary essence of mine

Angel, I discern, would be your identity

Savior, perhaps, God’s holy intention

For only someone with a soul so heavenly

Could be considered such a blessing
