However, in the Pakistani entertainment industry, many male and female celebrities have had major weight loss transformations that have surprised us all! But the one we found very motivating and inspiring, was Hareem Farooq’s. You won’t believe it, but yes! Hareem Farooq has lost up to 35 kgs in a year.

Hareem Farooq does not believe in size zero. She says that she truly believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, staying fit and confident. When we interviewed Hareem and asked her the secrets of her amazing transformation, she surprised us all with her tips. It wasn’t what you hear or read everywhere else on a daily basis. Her tips were easy to follow and EVERYONE can easily do it.

Hareem’s easy weight-loss tips are below!

1. Set a benchmark before you begin. Not just ANY benchmark.

2. Workout routine – You don’t have to work out EVERY day.

3. Don’t give up. You need to stay motivated.

4. Eating habits – Do NOT skip meals.

Starving yourself is a no-no. You’re only going to harm your body if you skip your meals. For those who believe in skipping meals, you’re in trouble.

5. What does Hareem think about ‘Çrash Diet’?

Cabbage soup diet? Wrong. You’re going to gain all your weight faster than you had lost it.

6. Don’t kill yourself – Skinny is not your ‘goal’.

‘Being skinny’ should NEVER be your goal. Your ultimate goal during your diet should be being healthy and fit.

7. Being physically fit affects your mental health in a positive way!

There’s no doubt about that. When you’re physically fit, you’ll feel confident and motivated.

 

8. Last but not the least, take out time for yourself and love yourself <3

No matter how busy you are, you can’t make an excuse. Taking out 20-30 mins every day OR every other day shouldn’t be too difficult. Do you agree with this?
