Here Are The Ayats/Duas For Your Protection As Per Islam If Somebody Hates Or Envies You!

It is impossible that you’ll be likable by everyone around you. People have their own likes and dislike but if someone doesn’t like you, it doesn’t allow you to start hating that person. Every human has flaws and faults that’s why Islam has taught us to be patient and tolerant towards others. But what should one do if he/she comes to know that some hate me? According to Islam, we should pray for our haters. Praying for the one who lied to you, backbit and bragged when you weren’t around and hurt you, it will calm your heart.

We can find numerous verses in the Holy Quran that shows how Allah’s Prophets (AS) prayed for their haters, these verses are actually for Muslim Ummah to help them in building a strong Muslim community. A few of those verses are mentioned below.

1. Recite Surah Ale Imran, verse 147

And their words were not but that they said, “Our Lord, forgive us our sins and the excess [committed] in our affairs and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.” 

2. Surah Yunus, verse 85-86

So they said, “Upon Allah do we rely on. Our Lord, make us not [objects of] trial for the wrongdoing people. And save us by Your mercy from the disbelieving people.”

3. Recite Surah Al Araf, verse 23

They said, “Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.” 

4. Surah Al Araf, verse 89

Our Lord, decide between us and our people in truth, and You are the best of those who give a decision.

5. Recite Surah Hashr, verse 10

Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts [any] resentment toward those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Kind and Merciful. 

6. Surah Qasas, verse 21

7. Recite Surah Nuh, verse 28

My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my house a believer and the believing men and believing women. And do not increase the wrongdoers except in destruction.

8. Recite Surah Ash Shu’ara, verse 83-85

My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous. And grant me a reputation of honor among later generations. And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Pleasure.

May Almighty Allah accept our dua and grant us with His immense blessings, Ameen!
