Hina has been training with her personal trainer Shoaib Khan and we can totally see a massive difference!

So, for those out there who aim for staying in shape just to look good. Think again. Talk to a trainer and a dietician before you opt for working out or going on a diet. Also, remember that every body type is different. Refrain from doing a heavy/intense workout without knowing its after effects. Stay healthy!
