Fraudsters, scammers, whatever you may want to call them, are on the rise; especially on social media! Many horrific incidents have taken place in the past and still do. Ever came across a page and got scammed by them? Made online payments and waited a decade for your order to arrive? We’ve all been in that situation at least once in our lifetimes. Right? Speaking of which, the social media platforms have grown enormously and such incidents happen on a daily basis. More and more pages are now choosing the wrong means of earning money by selling fake products, not delivering the customers’ orders on time and what not…

Recently, famous TV model/actress, Mansha Pasha also came across a Facebook page named, ‘Mansha Pasha Official’. After complaining to the page’s owner and reporting the page, the page’s name was later changed to Mansha Cloth Houss. The page was basically minting money from the customers by using her name. The page was selling ladies clothes and claimed it to be of Mansha Pasha’s brand. Lol. However, the matter got serious when Mansha, herself, started getting inbox messages from people asking her about their orders that were to be delivered.

Here’s what Mansha Pasha had to say in response to the whole scenario:

We’re glad strict actions were taken against this filthy act. Page owners need to understand the strict circumstances they will have to face if they get caught minting money from people, especially using other peoples’ identity. Identity theft is not a joke and you will land yourself in serious trouble.

Important Note:  For those who enjoy shopping online, please be careful when placing any orders. Do a thorough research before you place an order and investigate the image, read page reviews, ask on public forum for its authenticity. It’s not always about your money but, it’s about disclosing your personal information to the other party, which can be very dangerous at certain circumstances.
