Sharmila Farooqi served as an advisor to Chief Minister Sindh for three years, from 2008 to 2011. Sharmila tops the list of the female politicians in Pakistan. Well, as we have many beautiful looking and uber talented female politicians, like Hina Rabbani Khar, Shehla Raza, Fehmida Mirza and obviously Sharmila Farooqi. Sharmila, though is not very active these days in politics but she still sometimes, appears in different talk shows.
Sharmila supports PPP from all by her heart. She has defended her party from many corruption allegations and always stands still to the people of her party. She like all the other talented women in Pakistani politics is very assertive and that makes her stand out even more.
She got married to Hasham Riaz Sheikh in 2015, and the wedding was something really to remember. From all the traditional Sindhi rituals to her wedding dress, everything was so cultural and mesmerizing.
They both look really good together and it is quite evident that they both love each other!
Sharmila recently mentioned on her Facebook about a lady and how she’s after her husband and asked her to stay away. Which later turned into a major storm on the internet. People were wondering who that “other woman” is and what’s the matter?! But to many people’s dismay, Sharmila later deleted that Facebook status and left everyone wondering about the actual matter.
She called a woman named Sherry Jamali a “home breaker” on Facebook, but there were no traces found of Sherry Jamali on the internet.
The couple had a beautiful son last year and the family looks just perfect now!
While all this was happening, we witnessed something super cute and it was the most romantic thing to do. Sharmila’s husband did something little to surprise his beautiful wife and video is just adorable!

We don’t know what was inside that gift box but really loved the way he leads her to the present through flowers. Isn’t it cute? Pakistani husbands are least romantic and are never good with surprises but seems like Sharmila is a lucky woman.
But people in the comment section went a little overboard with hate! They bashed the couple for celebrating valentine’s day!

Sharmila’s wedding was one big fat wedding and her wedding festivities were just BOMB! In an interview when people asked Sharmila how they met, to which she replied that they both met in a cabinet meeting in 2010 and they both instantly fell for each other. WOW! Dream come true types! 😀
