Known for her melodious voice and her performance in Coke Studio 9, Zeb Bangash also knows as Zebunnisa Bangash surely won a lot of Pakistani hearts. By profession, Zeb is a singer-songwriter from Lahore and originally hails from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Her first debut album was released in 2008 which was called ‘Chup!’ The Coke Studio sensation, Zeb, just said “Qubool hai x3” a few days ago over the weekend. Surprise, surprise!!
It was indeed a surprise for many, however, Zeb’s nikkah ceremony was very intimate as only close friends and family were invited to the event which took place in Lahore. What made the ceremony so interesting? Well, Zeb’s husband resides in the USA and the couple said their “Qabool Hai” over Skype! Yes, you read that right. Zeb’s husband is doing his psychiatric residency at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, USA and wasn’t able to make it to the ceremony. However, the ceremony took place on Skype and the couple got married!
When Zeb was asked how it all happened, here’s what she had to say:

It was surely a surprise to everyone and she looked absolutely stunning! So simple, yet so beautiful! Such simplicity is very rare, nowadays!
