After becoming famous as the ‘Pawri girl’ after a viral video, Dananeer has been using her Instagram account to raise awareness about the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Gaza and the West Bank. Several projects were lost as a result of her support for Palestine, a revelation that sparked speculation about the nature of these opportunities.

Despite the backlash, Dananeer says that it is important to voice support for Palestine amid the challenging circumstances despite the backlash.
