Mehwish Hayat too came on the list of people… opps!! not “people” but on the list of women who smoke publicly and do not give a damn! In the list tops most badass women Mahira Khan ranks first prize while recently in another photo shoot Saba Qamar went Baaghi and people loved it! Saba wrote in the caption on the smoking photo that: “Tu piye toh wah, Mein piyon toh haww” Which truly depicts the mindset of our society when they see a woman smoking.
Mehwish Hayat joined the army of women who wanted to prove that “Smoking doesn’t ruin a woman’s character”. She’s a true badass when it comes to breaking the stereotypes. She will not let people’s judgment sink into her. She’s good at handling the rebel in her and knows that she can take down misogyny.

We have come a long way in the terms of civilization and technology but the mindset of many people is still lurking somewhere in the stone age. Well, it can only be cured when all such powerful women would come together to teach people that if a cigarette is hazardous, it is hazardous to men as well. And that a cigarette can NOT decide a woman’s character! PERIOD.
