Inspiration to many, 20-year-old Malala Yousafzai is the youngest-ever Nobel Prize laureate. Five years ago, she was shot in the head by Taliban when she was campaigning for the rights to an equal education for the girls. Despite her getting shot in the head, she survived. And since then, she has become a much stronger person. However, this incident didn’t stop her from achieving all that she had planned. She worked hard.
Moreover, it seems like Malala’s hard work has been paid off and she has now won the place at Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford, to study philosophy, politics, and economics, or PPE. She shared her moment of joy by uploading a picture on her Twitter and a lot of her fans congratulated her whereas, some were not wise with their words…
Here’s her tweet:
5 years ago, I was shot in an attempt to stop me from speaking out for girls’ education. Today, I attend my first lectures at Oxford.
