You might’ve come across many Facebook personalities, but the one we want to talk about today is Miss Chatter. In the world of vlogs, Miss Chatter is something you don’t want to miss out on! Miss Chatter is a Facebook page, run by a girl who chooses not to reveal her real name on social media (Ooh, we like that). The page was founded on 7th July 2017 and within 100 days of formation, the page achieved over a million viewers! Wow.

If we further look into the details of the page’s name, the word ‘Chatter’ in the English language refers to someone who talks informally about matters. However, if we talk about its urban context it refers to someone who speaks A LOT. Therefore, the name ‘Miss Chatter’ fits her personality, perfectly!

Not just this, but Miss Chatter has an aim in life which is to portray the beauty and positive of Pakistan from her personal perspective. She loves to travel, meet new people, vlog and share it with her fans and followers (which not many are doing nowadays).

When Parhlo asked her how it all started, here’s what she had to say:

‘Miss Chatter’ is something I hadn’t planned. It was the most spontaneous thing I have done. The idea behind the first mini-series ‘Love Letters to my Country’ was simply to showcase the beauty of Pakistan, that the world needs to know. I feel the media does not portray a complete picture of Pakistan. Each of my Vlog showcases a different aspect of lives in the country e.g. village life, city life, investment opportunities, folk music etc. Each video has a theme that sheds light on a topic from my perspective. It’s my personal perspective which is one of many. Some might have a different view of Pakistan.

Apart from this, Miss Chatter goes live on Parhlo in the segment ‘Desis in Pardes’ where she visits different places in London and shows her fans and followers around to give them a complete experience. People seem to absolutely love it and so do we!

The next big project I am working on is the second season of the series ‘Love Letters to my Country’ which is being shot in Lahore in December 2017 in collaboration with two renowned personalities, Adil Lahori (Famous for his tours of old Lahore) and Mohammed Wasif (Arts by Wasif). This particular episode will aim to highlight the beautiful, old walled city of Lahore. The episode will be named ‘The True Gem of Asia’.

It is indeed amazing to see how a young girl is trying her best to reach out to a big audience to portray a beautiful side of Pakistan and share her wonderful experiences! We need more people like Miss Chatter here who would show how beautiful the country we live in actually is!
