These 4 Pakistani Female Fitness Trainers are Definitely Inspiring People to Get in the Right Shape!

Just a few years ago, Pakistanis were inspired by Bollywood actresses Shilpa Shetty and Bipasha Basu when they entered the fitness industry by releasing their yoga and Zumba routines respectively. In Pakistan, the trend has been different. While fitness is not always taken as a priority here, the only ‘gym freaks’ we saw here were men or female models or actresses.

The Trend Now is Revolving and Much of the Credit Goes to the Female Fitness Trainers in Pakistan!

From a year or so, female fitness trainers have emerged in the local fitness industry and continue to inspire many across the country. A few names have vitally changed the fitness game by breaking stereotypes and not only do they train and inspire women but also men.

The 42-Day Fitness Challenge, Aim-Fit, and various other programs are definitely upping the fitness game in Pakistan, all thanks to the female wonder-women trainers.

1. Nusrat Hidayatullah  – 42 Day Challenge

Safe to say, the 42 Challenge in Pakistan reshaped the way people looked at fitness prior to its existence. The co-founder of the challenge, Nusrat Hidayatullah is known for bringing something as beneficial as the challenge for fitness freaks.

Under the open air, filled with men and women, the strict, firm 42 challenge allows the fanatics to achieve much of their fitness goals in 42 days.

Nusrat Hidayatullah definitely did us all the favor by coming with something as brilliant as this challenge.

2. Mantahaa Maqsood – Mantahaa Studio

The lifestyle and wellness coach, interval-trainer, sports nutritionist, weight and diet specialist, Zumba instructor & founder of MANTAHAA Studio, the woman herself, Mantahaa continues inspiring women all over Karachi through her fitness regimes.

She started off as an employee in a bank but her hobby of hitting the gym on regular basis allowed her to pursue this as a career.

3. Amal Sarwar – the Anti Cupcake Society

A certified fitness instructor from the United Kingdom, Amal took training from YMCAFit which led to her earning certification from various international fitness centers, including Ricky Hatton Boxing Academy.

She now runs her own fitness camp called The Anti Cupcake Society in Islamabad, which holds various workout routines to keep the trainees engaged.

5. Maryam Nasim – IAmFit

There is always something strong about those people who achieved their fitness goals after being told it is not possible. Maryam Nasir went through something like this as well.

Hailing from Peshawar, Maryam is currently a trainer in Melbourne but continues helping out the locals in Pakistan through her fitness blog – IAmFitness.

What makes her journey so interesting is how when she initially lost weight, it happened due to poor diet. She worked her way out, learned the correct manner and now implements it while teaching others as well.

Thanks to these iconic females, women all over Pakistan are getting interesting tips and motivation to achieve their fitness goals.
