In an upsetting news to wake up to, mental health has once again been ignored and a young girl surrendered herself to it. Pakistani rising model and fashion designer Anam Tanoli committed suicide by hanging herself to the ceiling. The police had confirmed that the model returned a few days back from Italy after completing her studies in fashion designing.
According to Anam’s mother, the model had been battling chronic depression and mental stress for quite a while. Anam was scheduled to have an appointment later the same day she took her life.
The 26-year-old was found dead in her house in Defence, Lahore. The body was later shifted to General Hospital for forensic examination. The police have yet to identify if this was a suicide or if there was any foul play involved.

Used to follow Anam Tanoli on Instagram and talked to her a couple of times about a photoshoot. She has been posting depressed updates on her instagram stories for the past couple of days. Please do not take these things lightly.
RIP Beautiful Human!

Rest in peace, Anam Naveed Tanoli – absolutely shocked & devastated. Short of words to say right now but all I’d say is “till we meet again” – may your soul rest in eternal peace. You shall always be remembered. ALWAYS !!!
