Zara Noor Abbas and her husband, Asad, took over the ramp by storm at FPW’18. When Zara appeared on the ramp, she broke all the rules and regulations. She was just being herself! And that’s how everyone should be. Her husband walked the ramp as well and the duo set the ramp on fire!
But the videos of Zara and Asad walking on the ramp made roars on the internet. People all over the country laughed and bashed them for the ramp etiquettes that models learn for years and they both just broke it all. So, in the very debate, some models joined in too! Last night, few of the known Pakistani models, jokingly made a video where they were seen bashing Zara’s walk on the ramp!

After the video came out last night, Zara did not stay silent and wrote her heart out by posting the video and said that it’s not a surprise that why people have to fight for women rights since it’s women themselves who let each other down and pull each other’s legs to drag them down so they don’t climb the ladder of success! True that!
Zara wrote:
“Hey Dear Stunning Models!! You girls look amazing in this video and thank you for making me learn a few things about the world. Now i cant complain why women in the world have to fight so much for gender equality. That is because women don’t build women. They bash at each other like this. It’s so sad. So so sad for all the people who are trying to empower women. They don’t know that it is the women who dont let each other grow.
I am an Actor, not a model. I cant even imagine to be a model. It is so effortlessly amazing and tiring at the same time. But as an entertainer, it is my job to entertain my audiences. And thats what i did with my walk which was based on the theme of a warrior princess thus the belt and the boots were incorporated in my outfit. That is why designers choose actors as showstoppers for their walks. To add more drama. Some liked it, some didn’t. My designer was happy and so was i.
But anyway, all the best for tonight. Run the world, Girls!!”
This cat fight might have entertained people a lot but let’s not forget that Zara actually made a point by pointing to the video that the models jokingly made. The video might be made in good taste of just a joke within friends but putting in on social media and making a “joke” of someone just because they are different doesn’t really make any sense. It is never okay to bash anyone for them being who they are!
