Every religion presents a very beautiful concept of marriage where two people make their relationship official, permanent and public all together. It joins them in a bond that lasts till their death or till they by their consent decide to get divorce. In Islam we have some more special words than I love you which are Qubol hai, Qubol hai, Qubol hai along with the Nikkah Nama which describes the rights and the obligations agreed upon by both the bride and the groom which binds the two people in a phenomenal bond of marriage.

Shabana Azmi is a familiar name to all of us. We all know her as an Indian actress and the wife of Javed Akhtar. But many are unaware of the fact that she also runs an NGO named Mijwan Welfare Society which was started by her father. Her NGO works with the objective of creating employment opportunities for women, and bringing back the art of chikankari embroidery. Furthermore, she has always been known for being vocal on a lot of issues. Some days back she lauded the ruling of the Supreme Court on the issue of triple talaq as a victory for brave Muslim women in the country. She on the 23rd August 2017 tweeted:
I welcome the Supreme Court judgement on instant Triple Talaq. Its a victory 4 brave Muslim women who hve waged battle against it for years

While sharing an article the day before yesterday on the “Madrassas in Uttar Pradesh to teach ‘correct ways of divorce” the actress came up with another strong belief and tweeted:
Marriage is not made in heaven in Islam it's a contract. We need a model nikahnama in which clauses of the contract are drawn up fairly. https://t.co/4x1ZfXywcG

As soon as this tweet reached to people they started to fill her comment section with the good and the bad comments:
correct! also corrective! best, most proactive step so far. Ind Mus trapped in hybrid Hind-mus socio-eco customs @AzmiShabana @timesofindia

No wonder you went and took someone else's husband! Contract it seems! What kind of pre-medieval barbaric tribal culture does Islam promote!
