Mansha Pasha Takes A Dig At This Fairness Cream For Using Her Picture Without Consent

1184 views

Mansha Pasha is known for her best-supporting roles! We all remember her from the time of Shehr e Zaat where she shared the screen with Mahira Khan. Mansha has worked really hard to make her name! It is really hard for supporting actors to emerge from the heap of very famous actors.

Mansha has sparked her way in every manner! She’s the one who stands out in the crowd for her uniqueness

Recently, Mansha shared a photo on her Instagram where a Pakistani company, who solely sells fairness cream used her photo on the package. The reason she shared the photo of the fairness cream was the company didn’t ask for her consent to use her picture.

This is what she wrote:

“What is wrong with people? For the record I haven’t done any fairness cream campaigns, i don’t believe in it. This is not an endorsed campaign I haven’t done it. It’s a used picture.
And why do people keep obsessing over color?? Yes, I used to be darker, I’m still tan but light, camera, angles make a huggge difference!
People grow people change. Stop obsessing guys! Dark, tan, fair ITS ALL BEAUTIFUL IN ITS OWN WAY! It’s your thinking that’s all!”

Here’s the photo of the packaging!

She has all the reason to get angry! Because the person does not endorse the idea for fairness cream and has no obsession or whatsoever with the idea of being unnecessarily fair! Why would such a person be endorsing any of these brands?! And on the top of it; using their photos without asking. Like? Where are your manners? It’s illegal.

On her Instagram post, there were people with mixed reactions. The fans, as always, supported her.

Yes, she definitely should

Indeed all such beauty standards are in your head! We just need to stop obsessing over “Fair” color. For what good reason does it have to be an epitome? Let’s just be comfortable in the very skin that we are born with.
