This Doctor-to-be Blogger Is Receiving Tons Of Love After Sharing Some Unpopular Opinions

Every profession requires hard work. Saying this would be stating the obvious but how many of us realize that mastering a skill is itself an art? Hard work is an art in progress. There are people who juggle between social life and academic life and try to maintain their sanity. And it is more difficult for millennials than any other generation ever existed because we are living in an era, where we cross through fears like “NOFOMO” fear of missing out. This generation has seen a sheer pressure of being constantly available, checking on everything. Being aware of the trends and socializing. While all this is happening, there’s education, career, and work!

All this is calmly summed up by an amazing Instagram blogger. This beautiful doctor, who is a fashion and lifestyle blogger came up with this lovely note. She told all the doctors our their how they think that things are falling apart and time is running out of their hands like sand. And while they think that it’s only them who are facing this, but wait! It’s only you. Everyone, at a certain point in age, faces this! And it’s okay because you can’t be in control of everything.

Here’s what she had to say! It’s a must-read:

“If you think MCAT is one hell-hole? Be prepared because its a portal to atleast a hundred new hell-holes. I’m not trying to scare anyone out there but if you are a med student you will empathise and relate to what I’m about to say.
Trodding your way through medical school and not having a panic attack every three seconds is a miracle and it happens to none of us.
This time of the year always brings anxieties for us, survivors of MCAT, with finals approaching, attendances falling short and patient quota taking its toll on us. You look around and everyone except you has it all figured out. They are doing great at tests, they have their patients all happy with them, their attendances are 90 above and you feel like you are only one who has wasted the whole year but here’s the thing, nobody does. Atleast no one in medicine do
Honestly past few weeks, i had been feeling my weakest academically. With no clue how to start preparing for general medicine or Oral pathology and having my attendance at the verge of being short and not even close to finishing my required patient quota, stressed out would be an understatement to how i felt but you what they say, ‘You rise up only when you have hit rock bottom’
Passed a few tests this week, finished preparing junior operative cavities and got done with my Oral diagnosis quota. So here’s to hoping tomorrow is a better day. Bottom line: if you’re a med student, I KNOW YOUR PAIN MATE! Hang in there we got this!
If you’re aiming on getting into a med school, dil bara kro or hausla us se bhi ziada buland.”

She received so much love after this, it was overwhelming

Knowing someone who shares the same story is something that calms the ever running anxiety. Because every individual thinks they are the only one failing at life. Hang in their, buddy! When life gives you lemons, squeeze them hard and make lemonade. Cheers. 😉
