Here’s what Mahoor Jamil posted:

“So, basically we’re having our Board exams. THE board exams. The ones we have been trained for, for a year. Our centers have been selected in areas like Dehli colony, in the middle of a street with butcher shops sharing the walls and absolutely no such thing as space for vehicles.
The children walk streets just to get there, myself included. By the time we reach there we’re panting, coughing because of all the smoke, swatting flies from our faces and being stressed out about the paper that we’re taught decides our future. Apart from the stress of not being able to write anything in our own words(basically wrote-learn), making our paper look”presentable” because of content matters not more than your presentation. “Paper kou khoobsurat banao, bhara bhara likhou.” We now have to have the stress of reaching that place. That place we are charged the fee of from the board. Furthermore, I have also been informed that a girl from commerce group was not provided a sheet because “itney pe poora answer ajayega” and thus had ONE COMPLETE DETAIL QUESTION LEFT. Excuse me for being rude, but we have paid for these extra sheets that you aren’t allowing us to have. You are not doing a favor. You are on duty. It is your duty to provide the students with facilities such as electricity, water, and answer sheets THEY PAID FOR! Besides all this, the parents and teachers have to stand outside the little entrance to drop off their children. The teachers stand there for more than an hour drenched in sweat just to comfort the students. WHAT KIND OF AN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IS THIS? And do not even talk about the invigilators screaming at us for asking for sheets. We have given our papers with no electricity. Upon asking for a generator, we were told that “Hum bijli ke aney se panch minute pehle generator chalatey hain hahaha”
So to summarize, we have to learn information updated 20 something years ago. We’re taught not to use “mushkil english” because the checker wouldn’t understand. We’re asked to sit on our broken tables outside in the corridors. NOT EVEN CLASSROOMS. And pray our result goes well. So do not depend on how well you did your paper entirely, your results depend upon the checker’s mood.
Thank you Dear Karachi Education Board for such wonderful conditions.”

So, basically we're having our Board exams. THE board exams. The ones we have been trained for, for a year. Our centres…
