When are you having your second child? You just have a daughter my dear, when are you planning to have a second child?

Well, this is the most common question which every mom faces. Some lucky moms have to answer this question after few months while some unfortunate ones even have to deal with it right in the hospital bed just after the delivery of their first born child.

Now, this is a very “good” and an “interesting” question indeed. Being moms, we really never knew that instead of discussing this topic with our life partners, we will have to analyze this “critical” and “important” matter and take a decision about it with the world first. Otherwise, there will be really an unstable situation in the society with chances of gossiping and frustration among the masses.

When my first child was just a month old, I was told by an aunty that, “Beta ab doosre bache mai dair mat karna”. Honestly speaking, at that point in time, I thought, “Filhaal to ek sambhala nahi ja raha and she is talking about the second child”, yet I gave her a huge fake smile and said “Sure aunty”… well, this was my biggest lie of the year lol.

After a few months when my daughter was just 3 months old, I was told again that, “Ab aik dost ki zaroorat hai isse, doosra karlo ab”…seriously man? That aunty was even better than me, who is the biological mom of the baby, at understanding her needs and wants (facepalm).

Later, when she started crawling, I was told, “Ek larka hona chahiye family complete hojaegi” and this time, I thought “family to aik bache ke hone se bhi complete hojati hai”.

Anyway, my answer to every concerned person on behalf of all such moms is that no matter how much we plan, but if HE (Allah) hasn’t planned it, nothing will happen. It is NOT in the hands of any human being. Therefore, please next time if anyone is really curious to know about the birth of the second child of any couple so it is better to contact the creator directly rather than asking for the creation.
