As women empowerment is increasing, we have been hearing more harassment cases as well. The world is leading towards productivity and innovation and this cringes me to think that where are we heading. Recently, a  terrifying incident took place where a bus hostess was harassed; when she shouted for her right everyone remained silent in the bus no one uttered a word in her defense.

It is pretty clear in the videos that the man physically abused her in front of 50 plus people but no one came to rescue her. The video also clearly shows that the man was continuously blackmailing her to meet her at the terminal. Later on, the lady was killed brutally at the terminal. Is this the value of our daughters in the nation? Were we born to be harassed, insulted, physically abused then killed? Why is this happening?

If a woman fights for her rights she is killed or abused, and no one takes a stand for her. All this needs to stop, we as a nation should put a full stop to the harassment. Stop blaming society for the actions and start to take a charge. Next time you see women complaining or fighting for her rights, help her in fighting. Do not let any other women suffer from such kind of brutality.

And for those who make videos at the time of such things, kindly take a note that after such incidents family suffers from a hard time and such videos are not good for their state of mind.
