RESPECTED MEN!

I am sick of your sick mentality because of which my inner self made me write this letter to you so that it may help you in figuring out a bit about your superior well-being.

It is much needed that I should remind you that you must be having your daughters, sisters, and wives in your home and of course, born from the womb of a woman. I considered it very important because many times, I felt that you forget this universal truth, especially when you are in the work field. You maltreat fellow women, you harass them, you call them names, you gossip about them. However, what you forget is that you might have your very own daughter in the future.

Many of you forget about the fact that your fellow female colleagues are not some abandoned creatures with whom you can talk in any irrespective way, in any tone or just anything you want to talk about. You think you can own them, you can ask them to be friends with or even a physical relationship – when she is bound to obey you and is out of any other option. And, when she rejects any of your offers, you start making her life miserable. I want to remind you that they are not your property just because you are the boss or her senior. they are not liable to do anything for you just because they are needy.

While you’re harassing, disrespecting and mistreating women, you forget the fact that your daughters could be in the same place, in the coming future. Your daughter could be the needy one asking for help or advice and somebody could be in your place telling her to do something for him in exchange. A lot of times, many of you take advantage of your authority and seniority and disguise yourselves as sympathizers.

I want to remind you that you never know what time will bring just like their fathers didn’t know. And wait, if you are thinking that you will not let your daughters work, then you are seriously mistaken! Because you are not GOD! And ever heard of this saying: “As you sow, so shall you reap”?

“Being a woman is not easy” is a phrase I think every woman has been getting it wrong, ever since it has been said. Well, because there is nothing wrong with being a woman but the wrong is in ‘dealing with men’. If today, you are making the environment hostile and difficult for your fellow female workers, someone in the near future will make it even more hostile for your own daughters and you will be the one responsible for it.

I request you to please stop doing all this for God’s sake, as this would be an example for all the men. If you set an example like this, it would be something that will make your daughter’s future; fearless and safe! Thank you!
