There once started a trend where celebs were seen to take better care of themselves and get in shape so the followers also started to get some insights and followed them in that matter as well. Now that we have the ever-evolving world of social media and fitness is no more a “secret” people can get connected to trainers themselves and even follow them for that matter.

So here are 4 best female trainers for all the women who think that it’s not easy for women to lift weight or do yoga and bring peach to mind. Here’s something for you all…

1. Maryam Nasim

Weight lifting has never been this cool

I can’t believe it’s 4th week already of my second block. Let’s throw back a little. Last year in May my third attempt at squats was 72.5kg Fast forward, I got 4×3 at 72.5kg today (in less than a year). Alhumdulillah When I first started squatting, everytime I’d go over 50kg my knees would cave in, ppl would say so many things. Everyone wanted to give me their advice. I only listened to my coach who used to tell me it’ll be fine. you will get stronger with time. Alhumdulillah I see a huge difference. My knees don’t cave in as much as they used to, I don’t feel any pain in my hip flexors and most of all I feel so much confident with this weight. The key really is to be patient. It is a sport that takes time and you really gotta be patient and not listen to all the fukwits who give you BS fitness advice. Thank you @hyperformance_strength_coach You’ve really halped me a lot. ❤️❤️❤️ #Powerlifting #girlswhopowerlift
