There has been an ongoing debate for quite long now, about how Pakistan has humongous raw talent! Every now and then we see artists, doctors, engineers, architects, and many other professions emerging like never before. Youngsters sure lack resources, they have very fewer oppurtunities to make a career out of their burning passion.
But social media has served as the biggest medium for the audience and the artists. People are free to see what they like the best and the artists are free to experiment with their form of art.
One of the biggest examples includes the independent artists who re-create the already available content. Be it anything, a painting or a piece of the song. This Instagrammer named Samira Hafeez, who has been experimenting with the awesome mashups of Pakistani/Indian and make a fusion with any of the western songs.
Samira is from Hunza and just like the place is famous for its beautiful views and people; she is bestowed with a very beautiful voice too!

But people go to know her through her voice. As Asim Azhar’s new song “Jo Tu Na Mila” is everyone’s jam, Samira did a fusion of his song with Selena Gomez’s “Heart Wants What It Wants”. Oh, and it came out soooo goood!
