People have selective judgment over women. Tons of woman patrons or they pretend to be, started bashing Bushra Maneka over what she wears; they said that she can’t represent Pakistani women in international setting wearing her kind of hijab. These are the same women who claim public spaces and call them as their own in the name of freedom. Talking of freedom of choice, why Bushra is not allowed to have that freedom?! Oh, well! Never mind.
This is so heartbreaking when women break other women on the basis of how the misogyny is deeply making it’s to the core roots into the basic mindset. Recently, Sadaf Kanwal and Amna Illyas were invited to HSY’s show and what happened during the show shocked so many people.
This is what ACTUALLY Sadaf said:
I don’t understand this #metoo trend. I don’t know what to say about it. I mean if i was the victim of harassment under #metoo then i will raise my voice immediately. I’ll never post about it on social media and make a big deal.
While Amna being the sane host said:
Some people don’t have the courage to speak up so they raise their voices a while later and everyone should talk about it whenever they are ready.
People were so furious after the show went on air!
She made fun of the #MeToo campaign, mocked bullying, claimed that mahira khan is only famous cuz of her fair complexion, fat-shamed, and had the audacity to advise other models to “stay quiet” when she herself is so dumb and ignorant. what a problematic woman

Woah! That escalated quickly
Soon #SadafKanwal will be in the best friend league of #SabaQamar & #MehwishHayat after giving hateful remarks about Mahira.I Hope Saba,Sadaf,Mehwish get something better to do rather then getting fame in the name of #MahiraKhan. Shame on you ladies. May Jealousy kills you??

She clearly didn’t say anything good about anyone AT ALL
I was reading about #SadafKanwal 's interview with @HSYCOUTUREKING and seriously that girl didn't say anything good for anyone. She said very weired stuff about Mahira (Which we can only listen and laugh at ?) she pointed out Maya and of course #MeeshaShafi. 2/2

Indeed, if you can’t support then please better not mock!
Most of our entertainment/fashion industry artists are such Hollywood wannabes, but have the intellect of a rodent. Do u know how socially aware and involved most Hollywood artists are? How vocal they are about causes close to them?
Meanwhile we have Maya Ali and #SadafKanwal ?— Amna (@PseudoPir) September 19, 2018
Making fun is never okay! NEVER
Why would #Metoo scare anybody if they are not a harasser?
I'll tell why.
Because they are apologists and THEY ARE AS DISGUSTING AS THE HARASSER.
P.s Making fun is same as being mad and scared about such things#SadafKanwal— Ayesha (@_Woke_AF) September 18, 2018
Oh, yes! Rightly said
Hilarious from someone like #Sadafkanwal who lives off her looks as a model The only reason she is famous is because she is tall , skinny and pretty . I get that fair skin gives people privilege but this ‘ brown victim ‘ game isnt working when you are a highly paid supermodel https://t.co/uBNBJTHU5y

“What patriarchy does; it pits women against women.”
#SadafKanwal, it’s one thing to doubt the victims of #sexualabuse/#harassment, but to joke about the #MeToo campaign is even more disgusting. But then “That is, after all, what #patriarchy does; it pits women against women..” (To quote Arwa Mahdawi)… pic.twitter.com/sw5xDb3vmB

Not just that Sadaf even said nasty stuff about Mahira Khan too. Like, this was something way too much! Not cool.
“What do you think about why people like mahira khan, it’s because of her skin color. She doesn’t have any unique thing in her.
Her face just isn’t specific.”
After the blatant mocking by Sadaf on Me Too campaign; This is what Meesha had to say- written in bad grammar the tweets is SAVAGEST of all!
WOAH! Eye for an eye?! Eh?
Strong eyebrows.. do not a strong backbone make ??♀️ Pfffft

Sanam Saeed too gave a subtle response to what happened
For more, watch this full episode of how the conversation started!
In this not-so-pretty battle of the social media war. May the righteous of all wins, this time it’s clearly not Sadaf at all!
What do you guys think?
