This world has always given men a better place than women. People have always chosen men as a superior person to women. I’m not a feminist but still, I’m going to describe some of the facts here to prove that a women’s life is way much difficult than men and they are still doing it coherently.

Life of the women in historical times was plain sailing. All they had to do was housewifery that would include cooking and raising their kids. Men that time use to earn money and men still in these times only earn money. But nowadays, things have changed for women. The society would not accept a woman who is illiterate and lowbrow. Similarly, the society would also not accept a woman who is amiss in-house making. So, the society wants a woman who is expert in both the housekeeping and external affairs.

During educational life, a woman has to go through every single thing that a man goes through. I am, myself a first-year MBBS student. I’ll have to experience every single thing that a male MBBS student has to endure. I’ll have to do the same duty hours a male student does. I’ll have to study the same books as a male does. In short, this society has balanced the difference between men and women.

But when I proceed home there are more things than just education. I have to tidy up my house because we cannot get a maid, so it’s my job. I have to listen to my mother every day to learn cooking otherwise I’ll dishonor her when I get married. The society doesn’t care how worn out a woman is, all they want is perfection outside.

I’ve seen women, I’ve seen my mother, my aunts. They have a degree, they have a job, they have respect but what happens to them? They get up in the morning, make breakfast and send their kids to school, their husband to his office and then they proceed towards their own office. When they get back home, they have to figure out what to cook. They have to make dinner and clean their homes. What do you call such a woman who has to work like men in the office and women in the home?

Our society wants a woman with above-mentioned qualities. They appreciate a woman like this. But they don’t care about what she has to suffer, how shattered she is, she doesn’t tell anyone that she can’t cook tonight because she had a hectic day in office, that she needs rest, that she is exhausted. All she thinks about is “If I won’t do it for my family, then who would?” This sentence has kept women going for decades. Of course, it’s love which keeps them growing. But still, it’s again love which has made them negligent towards themselves.

This era has made women independent but it has also left them vacant. They need love, care and most of all, they need someone to cherish them, to tell them “you need to take care of yourself”, “I’ll get food tonight from a hotel”, “Have some rest, you must be tired”.

The sole reason for writing this article is to comprehend that women are loveable humans and there are so many things they do for the sake of love. They should get love in return for love. They should be understood. They deserve being loved. Your words can be ointment to their pain and suffering. They are the teachers of the future nation and they should be free from every stress so our women and nation can prosper.
