Nadia Khan recently shared a video on her YouTube channel, OutStyle, where she offered tips for aging gracefully and addressed trolls for misinterpreting her words.
She recalled a moment from a show where she discussed skincare essentials for people in their 40s and the importance of investing in skin health. Unfortunately, her comments were taken out of context, leading to rumors about her age.
“Some people used that as bait to create a spectacle, claiming, ‘Nadia’s saying she’s 40.’ That never happened,” she firmly stated. Nadia clarified that her remarks applied to the broader age range of 40 to 49. She concluded by saying she would pray for the negativity to fade away.
Dealing with Negativity
Nadia’s advice for handling trolls was straightforward: ignore them because they only create chaos. Instead, she directed her energy toward those interested in skincare for their age group and shared helpful advice.

The Pehchaan actor emphasized the importance of avoiding flaky makeup. “This happens due to dryness, as the skin loses moisture with age because of hormonal changes, menopause, thyroid issues, and even the weather,” she explained.
She highlighted how neglecting skincare, particularly skipping moisturizers, could lead to complications later. But she encouraged viewers not to worry, assuring them that it’s never too late to start.

Prepping the Skin
Nadia stressed the significance of skin preparation before makeup. “If your skin isn’t moisturized before applying makeup, don’t bother with makeup,” she advised. She then demonstrated a routine to achieve a flawless, soft glam look.
A Holistic Approach
Toward the end, Nadia shifted her focus to overall well-being. She reminded viewers that health isn’t just about skin but the harmony of body and mind. Regarding negativity, her advice was simple: tune it out.
“When someone makes claims about me, they are ethically and legally responsible to provide proof,” she said. “We should all live with a positive and healthy mind, body, and soul. Think good, and good will come to you.”
